He leads the firm with a simple principle: if the structure is right, the outcomes follow.

Alessandra Di Rezze oversees the firm's platform operations and brand governance. Her background spans healthcare administration, clinical operations, and organizational design — a combination that allows her to see the platform not as a collection of assets but as a single operating system with interdependent layers. Alessandra's focus is on building the infrastructure that makes the firm's thesis executable: standardized workflows, operational discipline, and the institutional rigor required to scale without diluting quality.
